Each listing description specifies where they are processed from, with fulfillment and shipping estimates specified below. During this challenging time, we try our best to fulfill and mail out in time, but please be patient with shipping delays as delivery companies are trying to work with social distancing restrictions.

Fulfillment locations are specified on each listing. For made to order items, estimates are for 1-6 products of the same design. Please add approx 3 business days for each additional 6 products. Estimates do not include holidays.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Intimate items and face masks (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
